📢 SIG Process Update!

We have an important update regarding the SIG Enhancement Request process.

The SIG Enhancement Request Form is temporarily unavailable for new submissions while we work on implementing a new, more streamlined SIG process.

💡 Have a SIG request ready to submit? Please hold onto your submission for now. There’s no need to resubmit or send it elsewhere—we’ll provide updated instructions once the new process is in place.

✨ A simpler, more efficient SIG process is coming soon!

Stay tuned for additional updates and information. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make this transition!

All of my parameters have been updated, yet some counts are still off. I understand there is a difference between order date and test performance date, and even with that in mind, my counts are off. I don't understand why the statistics report doesn't use the actual performance date. Enlightenment requested.
