Monthly Statistics Report: Procedures Performed

Has anyone been able to get this count to be accurate?

All of my parameters have been updated, yet some counts are still off. I understand there is a difference between order date and test performance date, and even with that in mind, my counts are off. I don't understand why the statistics report doesn't use the actual performance date. Enlightenment requested.
