As usual, we’re working hard to plan an event that will provide your company a return on investment that will far outweigh the cost of your sponsorship, and we would like to invite you to exhibit at this gathering of healthcare information technology and allied healthcare professionals.

With a highly qualified and targeted audience, the annual SNUG conference presents a great opportunity for exhibitors to spend quality time with laboratory professionals who use the types of tools and technology provided by your company.

An exhibitor reception will be held on Tuesday evening, May 5, at the Sheraton. There will be door prizes that you are welcome to sponsor, if desired. If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact us for more information.

Each year, the SNUG conference attracts healthcare IT and allied healthcare professionals who have a common goal of learning what’s new with SCC’s powerful software solutions and finding ways to get the most from their SCC systems. We’re expecting nearly 200 allied healthcare professionals, LIS administrators, and lab managers from hospitals and laboratories across North America.

The SNUG committee is dedicated to making sure attendees are exposed to a variety of tools that can help advance productivity. During the two-day exhibitor fair and other networking events, connect with pathologists, medical technologists, laboratorians, clinical diagnosticians, LIS administrators, and lab directors and managers from hospitals and laboratories across North America. SNUG attendees are interested in learning more about your company and its products and services.

Exhibitor Sponsorship - Attendee Items

Attendee Bags - ($1500)

Each attendee receives a conference bag* with registration. Act now and receive exclusivesponsorship of attendee bags. Your logo will be prominently placed, along with the SNUG logo, on the official SNUG conference bag. Send your company name home with every attendee at the annual conference.

SNUG's 11th Annual Karaoke Night ($750)

One of the most popular networking events at the annual SNUG conference, our well-attended Karaoke Night will take place at the Mainstay Tavern on Monday, May 6th.

The sponsor of this event will receive event signage, acknowledgement during the SNUG 2019 opening session, and recognition in the SNUG 2019 program book as the official sponsor of SNUG's 11th annual Karaoke Night.
